Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Dizin Black Diamond Passenger Transport Luxury Motors LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking and using our chauffeur services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Bookings & Confirmation

• Bookings can be made via phone, email, website, or WhatsApp.

• All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed once payment or deposit is received (if applicable).

• You are responsible for providing accurate details (date, time, pick-up/drop-off locations, flight details, etc.).

2. Payments

• Payment must be made in advance or at the time of service (unless otherwise agreed).

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved online payment methods.

• Prices are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) and include VAT (if applicable).

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Free cancellation: Up to 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up.

• Late cancellation (within 12 hours): 50% of the booking fee will be charged.

• No-show: 100% of the booking fee will be charged.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Service Conditions

• Our chauffeurs will always strive to arrive on time; however, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.

• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal substances is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if a passenger’s behavior is unsafe, abusive, or violates UAE laws.

5. Luggage & Belongings

• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.

• We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to items left in our vehicles.

• Luggage allowance is subject to vehicle capacity. Please inform us in advance of any oversized items.

6. Liability

• We maintain full vehicle insurance and comply with UAE transport regulations.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the booking fee paid.

• We are not responsible for indirect losses such as missed flights, meetings, or events due to unforeseen delays.

7. Fleet & Vehicle Availability

• Specific vehicle requests will be honored based on availability.

• In case of technical issues, we reserve the right to provide an alternative vehicle of equal or higher category at no additional cost.

8. Changes to Bookings

• Any changes (time, date, route, vehicle) must be requested at least 6 hours before pick-up.

• Additional charges may apply for extended waiting time, additional stops, or changes to the route.

9. Privacy

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review our policy to understand how your information is collected, stored, and used.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
