1. Service Availability

• While we make every effort to ensure vehicles and chauffeurs are available as scheduled, unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or force majeure events) may cause delays or service interruptions.

• We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of equal or higher category when necessary.

2. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must provide accurate booking details (pick-up/drop-off locations, time, and special requirements).

• Seat belts must be worn at all times in compliance with UAE law.

• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside our vehicles.

• Passengers must ensure that luggage and belongings fit within the vehicle’s capacity.

3. Safety & Conduct

• For safety reasons, chauffeurs have the right to refuse service to passengers who:

  • Exhibit aggressive, abusive, or unsafe behavior.

  • Are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  • Carry prohibited, dangerous, or illegal items.

• In such cases, no refund will be issued.

4. Limitations of Liability

• While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by delays, including missed flights, meetings, or events.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the booking fee paid.

• We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings left in the vehicle.

5. Vehicle Use

• Our vehicles are maintained to the highest standards of safety and comfort.

• Any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger’s negligence or misconduct may result in additional charges.

6. Legal Compliance

• All services are provided in accordance with UAE laws and transport regulations.

• Passengers are expected to comply with all applicable UAE laws during their journey.

7. Amendments

We may update this Service Disclaimer from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
