Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Dizin Black Diamond Passenger Transport Luxury Motors LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we value your time and strive to provide the highest level of service. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for bookings with us.


1. Cancellations by Clients

  • Free Cancellation:

    • You may cancel your booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time without any charge.

  • Late Cancellation:

    • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled pick-up will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.

  • No-Show Policy:

    • If the passenger does not show up at the confirmed pick-up location, the booking will be considered a no-show, and the full booking fee (100%) will be charged.


2. Modifications to Bookings

  • Any changes to the booking (date, time, pick-up/drop-off location, or vehicle type) must be requested at least 6 hours before the scheduled pick-up.

  • Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.


3. Refunds

  • Eligible refunds (for cancellations made within the allowed time frame) will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • In case of technical or vehicle issues on our part, we will provide a full refund or arrange an alternative vehicle of equal or higher class at no additional cost.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • No-show by the passenger.

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up.

  • Service refusal due to passenger misconduct, intoxication, or carrying prohibited items.


5. Service Delays or Force Majeure

  • While we make every effort to ensure on-time service, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed flights, meetings, or events due to these delays.

  • In such rare cases, we will assist in finding alternative transport options but refunds are not guaranteed.
